The Museum is participating in the CT State Department of Education's Digital Backpack Program to show our appreciation to all educators and staff within our PK-12 and adult education school system. This includes teachers, paraprofessionals, custodians, bus drivers, principals, superintendents, adult educators, and everyone who works with CT students daily. This appreciation includes both public and private school staff. Please note: you may be asked to show proof of employment (a school ID card or business card) when checking in at our Front Desk.

All ticket purchasers must check-in at the Front Desk upon arrival to receive admission to the Museum. Tickets are non-refundable, valid for one-time use only on any day during the Museum's open hours through Sunday, August 31, 2025. Museum hours are Tuesdays–Sundays, 10am to 5pm.

All tickets are issued as eTickets. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to download your tickets after purchase. You must download your ticket(s) prior to arrival. Please have them ready to be scanned when you arrive. You can print your tickets at home or we can scan them from your mobile device. Please double check that your email address is correct at checkout in order to receive your ticket email.
